Background and Education
Dr. Tablante earned her medical doctorate at the University of the Philippines after a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from which she graduated Magna cum Laude at the University of the Philippines.

Medical Credentials
Dr. Tablante completed her residency in Ophthalmology at the Boston University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Tablante specialized in retinal diseases and surgery at the Vitreoretinal Foundation, University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Tablante is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Retina Specialists and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
